HABITAT PARTNERS WITH ANDI & MIQUITA OLIVER TO CELEBRATE ITS 60TH ANNIVERSARY  

August 2024 - Habitat celebrates its 60th birthday this year with one of Britain’s best loved mother-daughter duos, Andi and Miquita Oliver. The pair have developed three bespoke recipes for Habitat’s iconic Chicken Brick, which originally launched in 1964 and was reimagined this year for the 21st century. The delectable recipes span the traditional to the contemporary and are inspired by Andi and Miquita’s Antiguan heritage. ​

In a content series, Andi and Miquita discuss their playful, home-cooked ways of preparing, entertaining and feasting with friends and family as they whip up their appetising dishes at Andi’s home using some of Habitat’s bestselling table and cookware. Their casual approach to dining encapsulates fun and great chat, from their favourite music tracks for dinner parties to cooking together.

 English Ground Provision Rundown (Vegan)  

“Ground provisions are exactly what they say they are, that which the ground provides! So as we are in Britain I’m using all British sourced roots for this one. You can of course use any vegetables that ​ take your fancy, sweet potato, swede, plantain, cassava, yams, any roots you particularly love or have in your cupboard or fridge.”  

Served here in the Recast Stoneware Dinner Set, each piece has been hand decorated and glazed, made using 40% recycled content 

 Whole Roast Jalapeño Lemon Chicken
