Habitat launches new collections for Christmas 2024
The ranges will be available online at Habitat.co.uk, Argos.co.uk and in selected Sainsbury's and Argos stores from October 2024
23 July 2024

“The Celebrations team has created a range of timeless decorations perfect for adding festive flourishes around the home in the run up to Christmas and which can be used for years to come.
We’ve extended our range of individual decorations this year as customers look to enhance their existing collections. With a focus on personal touches and keepsakes, the team has introduced pieces which celebrate milestone moments including ‘New Home’ and ‘Married 2024’ ornaments. For more playful tastes, the pink cowgirl flamingo decoration is set to be a best-seller.
Joining the range of baubles and accessories, we’ve built out our Christmas tree offering with new space-saving pop up trees and design-led styles in an array of hues from burgundy to silver to suit all homes and interior styles.”

Textural Tablescaping
“Christmas dinner is the most anticipated event of the festive season and laying the table ready to entertain family and friends is a cherished tradition for many. Ornaments and baubles are a great way to take things up a notch, and can be adorned to napkins or table runners for a table setting with seasonal flair. To add height, mini decorations or bells fastened to brightly-coloured ribbons make for an eye-catching hanging arrangement.”

Multi Trees
“Multi trees are a great way to add layer and dimension into homes this season. Play with various colours and sizes, to keep in the spirit of maximalism, and incorporate on any scale depending on the room itself.”

Festive Bedrooms
“Help guests get into the festive spirit by creating cosy sanctuaries in guest bedrooms or makeshift sleeping spaces, like a sofa bed in the living room. We love the idea of making up a Christmas bed (or sofa!) with decorative bedding, surrounded by piled up presents to ramp up excitement and anticipation in the run-up to the big day.”

Door Dressing
“A festive front door is a great way to welcome guests and we’re seeing the doorscaping trend start earlier each year. We’ve built out our offering of garlands, wreaths, and door ornaments which are designed to suit a range of styles. Faux wreaths and garlands are ideal for those looking to start the festivities early and can be reused year after year.”

Spread the Cheer
“Areas like staircases, hallways and landings can often be overlooked when it comes to decorating but can be just as important as the living room. A well-decorated hallway makes an impactful first impression for visiting friends and family and can be filled with space-saving decorations like festive objects, wreaths, mini trees or garlands.”
