MARVELLOUS MEMPHIS
For 2025, we’re embracing a dynamic fusion of bold colours and maximalism design, inspired by the iconic Memphis movement. Seen across statement furniture through to textiles and accessories, the Marvellous Memphis trend story embraces vibrant hues and simple forms that spark joy into the homes and create an impactful and playful aesthetic.

CHERRY CHOCOLATE TONES
Deep colour palettes will take centre stage in interior design this year, spotlighting rich plums, warm chocolates, and deep burgundies. We have seen searches for burgundy soar by +223%, whilst searches for chocolate are +194% on Habitat.co.uk*. These bold, earthy shades evoke a feeling of sophisticated warmth and can be incorporated into any room in the home.

SWEET TREATS
Inspired by favourite sweet treats, we’re predicting candy stripes, twisted shapes and sugary hues like soft blush and zesty lemon to be popular additions to homes this year. Habitat.co.uk searches* for coloured glass have risen by +578%, along with searches for stripe vase which are up +856%. This trend brings a reinvigorating lift to interiors, nodding to childhood delights for a touch of playfulness and whimsy design.

LEAVE THE BIG LIGHT BEHIND
Lighting can transform a space, whether it's acting as directed light on a home desk set-up, or to create a warm welcoming feeling on a dark evening by using standing lamps. We have broadened our lighting offering for 2025, with designs that create practical and exceptional, conversational pieces in the home, even when unlit.

OUTDOOR ESCAPES
Moving away from grey tones, we’re focusing on energizing hues to evoke that carefree, vacation vibe and neutral shades that create calming outdoor escapism. Outdoor spaces are increasingly seen as an extension of our interiors, often treated as an extra room to style, so our new range of bold, eye-catching furniture and lively picnic accessories are perfect for transforming patios, gardens, balconies, and terraces into vibrant, holiday-inspired retreats that can be enjoyed year-round.

TABLE TALK
The accent table is a highly underrated piece of furniture. They add depth to a space, enhance larger pieces and in practical terms, offer a multitude of functions, from a place to rest a drink, your feet or a laptop. They’re also easy to move around the home for quick interior updates. With Habitat.co.uk searches* for side table increasing by +45% , we have continued to expand the imaginative side table offering with a wide range of affordable designs, that are both practical and whimsical.

INTRODUCING: BLATES
Customers are increasingly looking for a more relaxed way of dining, and with more and more Brits now eating dinner on the sofa, we have introduced the Blate - the perfect hybrid between a bowl and a plate. With its wide, shallow silhouette, the Blate was designed for comforting meals at home and boasts stackable and space saving features for everyday use.
