20 Christmas Decorations for £5 and under

December 2023: Get into the Christmas spirit with Habitat’s budget-friendly range of decorations, priced at just £5 or under. Whether it's playful pom pom designs or classic styles, the offering caters to all tastes this festive season. Little ones will love whimsical animal characters, while Scandi paper ornaments will please minimalist design enthusiasts.

This year, Sainsbury's will be donating £200,000 to Comic Relief through its Nourish the Nation programme from the profit made from sales of its Charity Felt Christmas Tree Decorations and other Christmas products, including Christmas cards and wrapping paper, marked with the Nourish the Nation logo.

In December, Habitat is offering 25% off Christmas trees, lights and decorations both online and in selected Sainsbury's and Argos stores.

NOTES TO EDITORS

Sainsbury’s launched its Nourish the Nation programme last year with its longstanding partner, Comic Relief. The programme aims to help tackle food poverty by ensuring communities have improved access to balanced, nutritional and sustainable food now, and in the future. All the money raised goes towards supporting projects that provide communities with immediate relief from food poverty, as well as addressing some of the root causes to ensure a longer lasting impact.

Sainsbury’s is committing to donating £3 million this festive season through its Nourish the Nation programme with Comic Relief. This is being done in a number of different ways including customer fundraising via in-store donations, via online shopping donations and on the Nectar app. Half of the money will be spent helping communities with access to food in the run up to Christmas. The additional money, raised over the festive period, will be distributed in the new year to continue to help communities alleviate food poverty now and in the future.

Sainsbury’s will be donating £200,000 to Comic Relief via its Nourish the Nation programme from the profit made from sales of its Charity Felt Christmas Tree Decorations and other Christmas products, including Christmas cards and wrapping paper, marked with the Nourish the Nation logo. These products will be on sale between 1st October to 24th December.
